Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from United States.

At Bite Me Chic, we strive to process orders within 1 business day. Once processed, your expedited order will typically ship within 2-3 business days. Standard Shipping and special order items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. In-stock items will be shipped as soon as they are available, your payment is approved, and the shipping address is verified. If you have any questions about item availability, please contact our representatives via live chat or email.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination address.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or more before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please allow this time before tracking your package. Orders placed on Bite Me Chic may be delivered by various carriers and shipping methods, so tracking availability may vary depending on the item purchased, the shipping method chosen, and the carrier. All rush order packages come with delivery confirmation and a tracking number so you can monitor the location and expected arrival date of your package(s). Bite Me Chic aims to ship purchases as quickly as possible. However, guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customer/recipient unavailability, incorrect or incomplete addresses, weather delays, and natural disasters.

 

Bite Me Chic Return Policy

At Bite Me Chic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help you return your new and unworn item(s) for a full refund or store credit. Most items are eligible for return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Please ensure that all returns are in their original condition with packaging, tags, and sanitary protection intact. Inspect your package upon arrival. If you find a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item, please contact us via chat, email, or phone within 7 days of delivery.

To start the return process, please reach out to use with your order number at bitemechic@gmail.com. Note that shipping fees and an 5% restocking fee are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

For an easy exchange process, send back the item you want to exchange or return, and request a store credit on your return form or sales receipt. Once your store credit is processed and issued, place a new order online for the exchange item using your store credit code. Alternatively, you can place a new order for the desired item(s) and return the original item(s) for a refund or store credit.

Return Processing Time

All returns and store credits are processed within 4-5 business days upon arrival at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once a refund or store credit has been issued.

Halloween Return Policy

Halloween costumes purchased after October 22 can't be returned. All sale items are final and can't be returned either.
